• Once a project is approved and finalized, any major revisions or new requests may incur additional charges.

4. Payments & Refunds

• Payment terms will be clearly communicated before the project begins.

• For most projects, a 50% advance is required to start, and the remaining balance upon final delivery.

• Payments are non-refundable once work has commenced, except in cases of proven service failure on our part.

• All invoices must be cleared before final file delivery or publication rights are transferred.

5. Ownership & Copyright

• All preliminary designs, samples, and drafts remain the intellectual property of Dizain Group until full payment is received.

• Upon final payment, clients receive full rights to use the approved design for agreed purposes.

• Dizain Group reserves the right to showcase completed projects in its portfolio, website, or social media for promotional purposes, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

6. Confidentiality

We respect client confidentiality and ensure that all project-related materials and communications are kept private.
We will not share, sell, or disclose your content or ideas to any third party without written consent.

7. Revisions & Delivery

• Each project includes a fixed number of revisions as per the proposal.

• Additional revisions beyond the agreed limit will be charged separately.

• Delivery timelines depend on project complexity and client response time.

• Dizain Group is not liable for delays caused by client-side feedback or incomplete information.

8. Limitation of Liability

Dizain Group strives for accuracy and quality in all projects but cannot guarantee specific business outcomes.
We are not responsible for any loss, damage, or expense resulting from the use or misuse of delivered designs, animations, or files.
